San Francisco

Last weekend, Alan and Greg were off on Monday for Columbus Day.  We took a short trip to the Bay Area to visit with Alan’s sister and our nephew. It was a lot of fun. We went to the Oakland zoo and the California Academy of Science. The science museum has a wonderful aquarium that the kids really enjoyed! They also have a neat area for kids under 5 to explore. We took the camera, but somehow forgot to use it for most of the trip!  We also stopped at as many McDonald’s as possible along the way — got to get those Monopoly game pieces!  It was a fun trip, but has taken us a full week to recover!  The 6 hour drive each way was a real bummer!

  1. I like the picture of Camille with the statue. Does she have plans to become a Buddhist? 😉
